Therapy that meets

you where you are

I offer online therapy for adults across Pennsylvania and Florida, with a focus on the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent adults, and anyone looking for care that actually feels like a fit. Below is a look at what I help with and how the work tends to go.

My Approach

Therapy with me isn't about being fixed, because you aren't broken. It's about feeling safe enough to get curious about yourself, to sit with the hard stuff without being swallowed by it, and to find your way back to steadier ground.

My work is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing, and I tailor how we work to you rather than the other way around. Some sessions are about building practical tools for hard moments. Others are about slowing down and making sense of a pattern you keep running into. We follow your lead, at your pace.

I offer individual therapy for adults and couples therapy, all held online.

Whatever brought you here, whether it's something heavy you've carried a long time, a season that got harder than you expected, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, there's room for it here.

What I Help WIth

LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy

This is an explicitly affirming practice, and as a queer woman myself, it's personal. Whether you're navigating coming out, gender identity or transition, chosen family, relationship structures, family rejection, or the everyday weight of moving through a world that doesn't always make space for you, you'll be met with full acceptance and real understanding. Your identity isn't something we work around. It's something we honor.

Anxiety & Depression

When anxiety or depression takes hold, even ordinary moments can feel out of reach. Together we'll work to understand what's underneath, build tools to come back to steadier ground when things feel overwhelming, and help you find your footing again.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

I work with adults with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence using approaches that work with your brain, not against it. Sessions are flexible and non-pathologizing, rooted in the belief that neurodivergence is a difference, not a deficit. Together we'll build self-understanding, work through the parts that feel hard, and make room for your strengths.

Grief & Loss

Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it isn't only about death. It can come with the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, or a life that looked different than you imagined. This is a space to honor what you've lost without rushing past it.

Life Transitions & Identity

Sometimes the ground shifts beneath you. A career change, a move, a relationship ending, becoming a parent, exploring gender or sexual identity, or simply outgrowing an old version of yourself. Therapy can help you get curious about who you're becoming and feel more present through the uncertainty of change.

Older Adults & Retirees

Later chapters bring transitions of their own, from retirement and shifting daily rhythms to changes in health, relationships, purpose, and identity. This is a space to make sense of what's changing, work through what feels heavy, and reconnect with what still feels like you.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma has a way of keeping you stuck, braced for danger even when you're safe and disconnected from yourself and the people around you. This is a steady, trauma-informed space to process what happened at your own pace, including identity-based trauma and minority stress, so you can begin to feel at home in your own life again.

Couples & Relationships

For partners, I offer a space to work through communication, boundaries, connection, and the patterns that keep getting in the way, with the same affirming, judgment-free approach I bring to individual work.

"You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. You just have to be ready to show up."

What to Expect

1. Your first reach-out Getting started is often the hardest step, so I've made it low-pressure. Every new client begins with a free 15-minute consultation. It's a no-pressure conversation to see how things feel and whether working together seems like a good fit. Reach out by phone or email whenever you're ready.

2. The initial session Your first session is a chance to get oriented together. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to feel or experience differently. You won't be expected to have it all figured out. You just show up as you are.

3. Ongoing sessions Most clients meet weekly or biweekly for 50-minute sessions. The work unfolds at your pace. We'll build tools to help you stay grounded when things get hard, explore patterns with curiosity instead of judgment, and check in regularly to make sure the work is meeting you where you are.

4. At your own pace There's no fixed endpoint. Some people come for a focused stretch of a few months, and others find ongoing support meaningful over a longer arc. This is your process, and I follow your lead.
